BMW Digital service history updates and iDrive display

All new BMWs now have Digital Service History records. This means no more service book, plus peace of mind that your service history can’t be lost or falsified.

We have exactly the same software as the BMW main dealer, able to fully and correctly update your Digital Service History.

We will update your Digital Service History after we complete your service. It then gets replicated on the vehicle’s I-Drive display, keeping a record that is quick and easy for you to access.

Your BMW key stores all your service data, which we access using our genuine BMW Key Reader. This includes vehicle details, service history record with dates, any current diagnostic fault codes stored in the vehicle’s memory, mileages, what’s been performed previously, and what’s required now or in the near future – all of which we will keep up to date when you visit us.

Your BMW manufacturer’s warranty is protected with us

European law, known as ‘Block Exemption’, changed in 2003 to allow independent garages to carry out a BMW service without invalidating your BMW warranty.

Because we use high quality parts which are either original manufacturer parts or of ‘Original Equipment’ (OE) quality as standard your service with us means that your car has its warranty protected.
