VW digital service history updates and onboard display

All new VW models from year 2014 onwards now have Digital Service History records. This means a service book is no longer required, plus peace of mind that your service history can’t be lost or falsified.

With our registered access to the VW Service History Portal we are able to fully update your online Digital Service Record, keeping your service history up to date.

We will update your Digital Service History after we complete your service. It then gets replicated on the vehicle’s onboard display, keeping a record that is quick and easy for you to access.

Your VW manufacturer’s warranty is protected with us

European law, known as ‘Block Exemption’, changed in 2003 to allow independent garages to carry out an VW service without invalidating your VW warranty.

Because we use high quality parts which are either original manufacturer parts or of ‘Original Equipment’ (OE) quality as standard your service with us means that your car has its warranty protected.
